- BCO rates are lower than FAK which shifts some customers’ focus back on BCO contracts as shipping lines do not strictly control the space for BCO.
- September capacity reduction is minimal; except PNW is weaker in terms of vessel utilization, so shipping lines have taken out some capacity. Expected October blank sailing would be much higher %.
- Panama Cancel Drought issue would be the concern and impact on USEC. Expected to have the lower utilization on the vessels with the weight limitation and may have the vessel delay as waiting time at the port longer.
