Shanghai Port Update:

• Port operations are currently normal
• Vessel waiting time is 0-3 days

• No weather disruption

Yantian Port Update:

• Port operations are currently normal
• Vessel waiting time is 1 day
• MSC/MSK cross depot pick up
• No weather disruption
• FCL capacity has dropped due to blank sailings, especially OA service. AEU1 stop to release space till WK47. Both EU & US are rolling over frequently.

Ningbo Port Update:

• Port operations are currently normal
• Vessel waiting time is 2-4 days
• MSK has 20’GP shortage this week.
• No weather disruption
• Space is tight due to being occupied by empty units

Qingdao Port Update:

• Port operations are currently normal
• Vessel waiting time is 0-1 days
• All container types available
• No weather disruption
• Capacity is normal

Xiamen Port Update:

• Port operations are currently normal
• Vessel waiting time is currently 1-2 days 
• 20'GP and 40'HC are in good supply; there is still a shortage of 40'GP
• No weather disruption
• Space is open, but some blank sailings / rollovers occurring. New vessel OOCL GDYNIA V.001W, with capacity 24,000 TEU, has been deployed in Cosco AEU 1 service. ETD Xiamen 28/Oct. We expect carriers to try to increase the rate from Nov.

• THE Alliance will make changes to the Asia - North Europe Network by suspending FE5 service from week 46 and enhance the existing FE3 and FE4 service until further notice. (source: Hapag Lloyd)

• CMA CGM announces service change on FAL1/3. Effective WK48, CAI MEP call on FAL3 will be suspended. CMA will switch TANGER call from FAL1 to FAL3. LE HAVRE will now become the first port of call on FAL1, followed by DUNKERQUE. (source: CMA CGM)

• To reduce pressure on ocean freight and in view of slow cargo demand in Asia, THE Allicance will in mid- November temporarily withdraw USEC service – EC4

• Routing: Kaoshiung, Xiamen, Hong Kong, Yantian, Cai Mep, Singapore, Norfolk, Savannah, Charleston, Newark, Singapore, Kaohsiung

  - Xiamen call will be shifted to EC1 loop
  - Yantian call will be shifted to EC2 loop
  - Charleston and New York Eastbound calls will be shifted to EC5 loop
