Please be advised of the on-going incident that is affecting operations at DP World terminals across Australia.
DP World’s terminal have been subjected to a cyber-attack. Over the weekend, slots were cancelled and landside access was suspended at their terminals.
DP World has resumed operations following their Cyber-attack on Monday November 13th, albeit with restricted capacity and additional delays are expected.
In additional to this, work bans and stoppages due to protection industrial action by MUA remain in place at DPW terminals up to and including Monday 20 November 2023.
Impacted Locations and Actions
• Brisbane: Bans on the performance of overtime, shift extensions, loading or unloading trucks, and more.
• Sydney: Bans on the performance of upgrades on day and night shifts, ban on working nominated shipping lines, and more.
• Melbourne: Bans on the performance of upgrades, shift extensions, upgrades, and more.
• Fremantle: Ban on the performance of overtimes, extensions, upgrades, and more.
Interruptions are likely to continue for a number of days and will impact services and schedule reliabilities.
