Update on Industrial Action at DP World 27/11/23

DP World Australia has announced another update about the impending work actions by members CFMMEU-MUA DIVISION and its impact on operations. 

The ongoing protected industrial action has had significant operational consequences, notably affecting exporters and importers across all terminals. DP World has remained dedicated to finding a mutually beneficial solution and has approached bargaining in good faith.

However, despite best efforts to reach an understanding, the CFMMEU-MUA DIVISION has outlined a series of work bans and stoppages from Monday, 27 November to Monday, 11 December.
