DP World notification of upcoming protected industrial actions 04/12/23

Notification from DP World:

I write to inform you about the impending work actions that have been notified to DP World by members CFMMEU-MUA DIVISION and its impact on our operations.

The ongoing protected industrial action, which has seen rolling stop work bans since 6 October, is having a profound impact on small and medium-sized enterprises in Australia. DP World is committed to fostering Australia’s modernised supply chain and finding a mutually beneficial resolution.

However, despite our best efforts to reach an understanding, the CFMMEU-MUA DIVISION has outlined a series of work bans and stoppages from Monday, 4 December to Monday, 18 December.
