Notification from DP World of upcoming protected industrial actions 08/01/24

We have received a further update from DP World about upcoming protected industrial actions in Australia. Please see below information:

I write to inform you about the impending work actions notified to DP World by members of the CFMMEU-MUA DIVISION and its impact on our operations. 

Despite our best efforts to reach a mutually beneficial understanding, the CFMMEUMUA DIVISION has outlined a series of work bans and stoppages from Monday 8 January to Monday 22 January 2024.
