Australia Day public holiday 22/01/24

With the upcoming Australia Day (Friday 26 January) public holiday / long weekend across Australia, terminals will remain open and, as a result, many vessel availability days will fall over during these periods.

Ligentia will be obliged to ensure that all containers are delivered prior to cut-off date or collected in order to avoid wharf storage throughout the public holiday. Any affected containers during this time will be subject to a public holiday surcharge.

We anticipate that empty parks will be closed. Every attempt will be made to dehire empty containers within the free period, unfortunately additional charges may be applicable as a result to empty park closures.
