"Protestors at Webb Dock:
- On the evening of Friday, 22 March, pro-Palestinian protestors arrived at Port of Melbourne (PoM)'s Webb Dock Precinct.
- PoM had been in contact with VicPol leading up to the incident and was aware of the situation via our PoM contact onsite.
- By 9.40pm, the Public Response Unit successfully cleared the protestors from the area.
- PoM had provided communications to tenants in the lead up, commencement, and following the incident.
- PoM has an obligation to ensure the safe and secure operation of the port and maintain the movement of goods and services for Victorian consumers.
- PoM will continue to work with VicPol and port users to minimise ongoing disruptions from protests. We appreciate your support and patience".

Meanwhile, following protest at Port Botany, NSW Ports have confirmed to IFCBAA that "the Trade Unionists for Palestine undertook a protest outside the entry to Patrick terminal on Sunday night. As a result of these protests the incoming night shift labour was delayed access to the Patrick Terminal by approximately 30 minutes. 2200 and 2300 time zones were cancelled. There were no other operational impacts to the rest of the port".
