Felixstowe train derailment 20/06/24

Please note there was a train derailment outside of Felixstowe in the early hours of yesterday morning, affecting the North terminal line. As a result, all rail operations in and out of Felixstowe port have been suspended for the rest of the week.

Our Transport team has been actively responding to the situation, maintaining constant communication, and working on recovering affected deliveries and updating Customer teams as required. Operations are currently stable until the end of the week.

However, due to the ongoing clean-up operation, we anticipate that operations may be affected next week.
