1. Signing into the Customer Hub after already signing in before:
If you have signed into the customer hub before, you just need to click sign in and enter your details:
2. Signing into the Customer Hub but I've emailed a support CX email address before:
If you've emailed your Customer Hub support CX email addresses, you will already have a profile created automatically from the system. This means when logging in for the first time, you will need to select 'Get a password'

3. Signing into the Customer Hub for the very first time and had no previous correspondence with a support CX email address before:
For users who wish to sign in for the very first time and not been in contact with the support CX email addresses before, the user will need to select 'New to Ligentia? Sign Up'
After this, you will be asked to enter your full name and email address, you will then receive an email link with instructions on how to sign up.
