We have received the below information regarding further increases in landside and ancillary charges, and empty park fees:
DP World Australia has announced further increases to its landside tariff, effective from January 1 2022 and applicable to Sydney, Melbourne, Fremantle and Brisbane terminals. In addition, a sideloader access fee will be introduced at Melbourne and Brisbane.
VICT has also announced further increases to its landside tariff, effective from January 1 2022 and applicable to their Melbourne terminal.
Patrick Terminals, meanwhile, has given notice that – effective from March 7 2022 – the terminal access charges per full container will increase for Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. The landside charge will be applied to both road and rail transport operators for all full container movements (both import and export) made at the terminals. They have also adjusted other ancillary charges.
Empty container parks have announced increases as of January 1 2022. This is due to the increases being imposed on all transport operators.
