Significant rises in fuel costs 04/03/22

Due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, fuel prices are rising. Fuel, for the last week of February, rose by 4 ppl. This alone roughly equates to a 2% increase in fuel surcharges.

Yesterday (3 March 2022), we received notifications that some fuel suppliers are expecting next week’s fuel cost will rise by 10-13 ppl (a 5-6% increase in fuel surcharge).

Given the large jumps in fuel price in such a short space of time, some challenges are arising. Please note that it is highly likely we will soon see high fuel surcharges start to hit.
