Shanghai Pudong and Puxi lockdown effects continue 11/04/22

The city of Shanghai continues to implement strict control policies. The Pudong, Puxi lockdown partly goes on.

Effect to our business and customers:

Warehouse: From April 11 – April 17

• The warehouse in Pudong is open but productivity is lower than normal.
• Bonded warehouse VAS – stopped.

Terminal:

• All ports are operating normally but lower productivity is expected.
• Drivers will need APP approved code and a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test to carry out empty pick up and laden gate in.
• Vendor delivery is more difficult compared with last week due to local policies.

Airport:

• PVG terminal is operating normally but lower productivity is expected.
• Vendor delivery is more difficult compared with last week due to local policies.
• The airport warehouse is open but lower productivity is expected.

Carrier:

• There have been more blank sailings.

Trucking:

• Ligentia is able to provide a pick up service to support vendor delivery – as long as the factory confirms their location allows Shanghai trucks to come in.
