Terminal Operational Changes - Fishermans Island 17/05/22

We have received the below update from Patrick Terminals - Brisbane

Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) have received advice that due to recent inclement weather and restrictions imposed on vessel movements, that their Fishermans Island terminal has put in place amendments to both empty container and export receival windows.

In order to clarify the details of the notice FTA reached out to Patrick terminals and received feedback along the following lines.

1. Temporary stop to empty export receivals. These are normally ex container park rather than direct return and are aimed at the bulk runs of high volume empty containers requested by shipping lines.
2. Receival periods have been adjusted to reflect vessels dropping back in the program. The same quantum of receival time will be allowed, however they will not exceed it by opening vessels and leaving them open notwithstanding the vessel has fallen back.
