NSW severe winds causing terminal and empty park closures 1/06/22

Further to our notifications from yesterday relating to empty park closures, the majority of empty parks are currently still closed due to strong winds. Transport operators are advised to avoid the area until further noticed.

Empty park closures have impacted on our ability to meet import slots, trucks not being able to offload the empty containers therefore having to return to yard.

Whilst transport providers will do all it can to minimise the impact of the above, slot cancelation and futile fees may apply, along with possible delays in dehiring empty containers.
