Please note that Felixstowe port is currently closed for hauliers to collect containers due to server issues. The port’s IT team are currently trying to resolve the matter.
We expect there to be some disruption because of this, however our Traffic team will be in touch regarding any affected containers.

The Port of Felixstowe has now issued the below information:
Unfortunately the systems outage is continuing and we currently have no update on when this will be resolved. We have therefore made the difficult decision to remove ALL bookings at 1200 and 1300 hours today. We may extend this depending on how the situation unfolds.
We would strongly urge you not to send your drivers to the Port at this time.
The Port internal roadways are at 95% capacity and the traffic will soon be on the external roadways. We are in contact with Suffolk Constabulary regarding whether OP STACK is required.
We will therefore be controlling the release of all bookings throughout the rest of the shift in order to protect the wider community.
Subsequently please expect heavy delays and/or failures on all movements in and out of Felixstowe today and tomorrow. Our teams will update customers on any affected shipments when they know more.
