Shanghai Port Update:

• Port operations are currently normal
• Vessel waiting time is 2-4 days due to port congestion and block at Ningbo port
• No equipment availability issues noted; all container types are available.

Yantian Port Update:

• Port operations are currently normal.
• Vessel waiting time is 1-2 days
• CMA 20GP shortage
• Typhoon Nesat left Shenzhen area on 18 October, operations now back to normal
• To meet demands of shipping lines and shippers, from 16th Oct to 30th Nov, YICT adjusted the daily shipping schedule for export heavy containers from ETB-7 to ETB-10 days (that is, within ten days before the ship's estimated berthing date). This optimization measure is the result of the joint efforts of many parties. Shippers can conveniently arrange in advance.

Ningbo Port Update:

• Following a Covid case increase on Oct.16th, Beilun district is in lockdown. Ningbo Zhoushan Port initiated contingency plans to ensure all the operations can be managed as normal. Green channels have been opened specially for round-trip container trucks from four highway entrances including Beilun, Chaiqiao, Chuanshan, and Guoju to container terminals in port areas in Beilun. All drivers who arrange empty pickup and laden units must have “White Name” authority and 24 hrs Negative Nucleic Acid test before enter the terminal.
