We’ve just relaunched our Live Chat feature, making it easier than ever for you to talk to us directly. Live Chat can be used by logged in users on Customer Hub or Ligentix, freeing up your inbox and streamlining communications.
The Live Chat tool is super easy to access – just look for the speech bubble icon.
You’ll find the icon on all Ligentix pages, as well as Customer Hub, and all you need to do is give it a click and enter your email address when prompted. Once you’ve done this, we’ll route your chat straight to the right person! If nobody’s available at the time, we’ll ask you to leave a short message and will get back to you as soon as we can.
After your chat has ended, we’ll email you a transcript of your conversation so you can refer back to it if you need to. And, of course, our team will follow up with you if your query wasn’t fully resolved during the session.
We’re always looking for ways to improve our customer experience, and this is just one of the ways we’re doing that. For queries where time is of the essence, this is a great way to reach us.
