High winds weather warning at Felixstowe 11/04/23

Felixstowe is expected to be hit by high wind gusts on the afternoon of Wednesday 12 April until the early hours of the following day.

The safe working limit for cranes is around 34mph but The Met Office is advising speeds are expected to top 44mph.

Please subsequently expect disruption to all landing times, vehicle loading times and on time performance. Flexibility or rebooking will be required.

Due to the bank holiday week, suppliers are under higher pressure then normal, so any loads affected by weather will require rebooking per market availability
