- THEA starts upgrade of Far East-Europe ‘FE3’ loop. Ocean Network Express (ONE) has decided to deploy its newest flagship, the 24,000 teu ONE INNOVATION, in the third of the five Far East–North Europe loops of THE Alliance. The LNG-powered 23,666 teu newbuilding BERLIN EXPRESS of its alliance partner Hapag-Lloyd is expected to join this same ‘FE3’ service as well. The ‘FE3’ service now turns in twelve weeks (one extra) calling at Ningbo (new), Xiamen, Kaohsiung, Yantian, Singapore, Rotterdam, Hamburg, Antwerp, Southampton, Algeciras (new), Singapore (new eastbound call), Yantian, Hong Kong, Kaohsiung (new eastbound call), Ningbo.
